With a purchase or lease of a new Jeep vehicle starting with the 2021 model year, you automatically qualify for a Jeep Wave 36-month membership. This membership includes no charge worry-free maintenance, confidence with vehicle protection, dedicated 24/7 owner support, and VIP access to Jeep brand events. Jeep Maintenance

The Jeep Wave Program covers the first 3 oil changes and tire rotations during the first 36 months of ownership at a participating Jeep vehicle dealership. Plus, there are no mileage restrictions on this maintenance benefit.¹

Vehicle Protection

If you are scheduled for routine maintenance on your Jeep vehicle, enjoy no-charge same-day vehicle rental² courtesy of the Jeep Wave Program. Another benefit is the trip interruption coverage of up to $1,000 per occurrence³. The Jeep Wave will reimburse up to $1,000 for lodging, meal, etc. for members if the vehicle is inoperable due to a failure covered under this plan, under factory warranty, and more than 100 miles from the address of record. That brings us to another benefit, 24/7 roadside assistance³ for the duration of the 5-year/60,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty⁴ period.

As a Jeep owner that's a member of the Jeep Wave Program, you will receive 24/7 owner support. This allows you to get in touch with someone on the support team to schedule a service, ask any questions, and get answers to anything else you need. What Jeep vehicles qualify for the Jeep Wave Program?

  • All Jeep vehicles and trims automatically qualify starting with the 2021 Jeep model years
  • Only Select 2016-2020 model year Jeep vehicles automatically qualify: All Wrangler trim levels, All Gladiator trim levels, Grand Cherokee-Overland, Summit, SRT R, Trailhawk R, Trackhawk R, and High Altitude trim levels
  • 2015 model year and newer Jeep vehicles can enroll for an additional cost

How long is the Jeep Wave Membership?

With the purchase or lease of a new Jeep vehicle (starting with the model year 2021), owners qualify for a 36-month Jeep Wave membership. After the 36 months are up, owners can renew their membership at a cost.

Can I cancel my Jeep Wave membership?

Yes, members can cancel and are entitled to a full refund within 60 days of purchase, as long as none of the benefits have been utilized. After 60 days, you cannot receive a refund.

Can you join the Jeep Wave Program with an older Jeep model?

For Jeep owners of a 2015 model year or newer Jeep vehicles that are not already enrolled, you can enroll for an additional cost.

How do I sign up for the Jeep Wave Program?

For Jeep owners not already enrolled, you can enroll for an additional cost at your local Jeep dealership or through the Jeep Wave page found in your owner account under the Care section.
