The Grand Wagoneer Has Returned
Back after a 30-year hiatus, the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer are new and the timing of their reappearance couldn't be better. We would whole-heartedly agree because the original Wagoneer was the pioneer of the luxury SUV segment in the first place. It's the reason Luxury SUVs exist at all!

Grand Wagoneer: What a premium SUV can be.
The Grand Wagoneer models are back like never before. Ten inches longer and larger than the Grand Cherokee, the Wagoneer is the first of many in a portfolio of premium vehicles for the Jeep brand. The Grand Wagoneer starts with a platform similar to the one utilized by the award-winning Ram 1500 Pickup Truck. From there, they take separate forks in the road, with the Ram being one of the toughest trucks in the segment. The Grand Wagoneer SUVs are no slouches, however, delivering innovations, capabilities, premium design cues and luxury to a new, more affluent group of customers.
The Grand Wagoneer are motivated in two exclusive lengths. The Wagoneer gets its power from a 3.0L Hurricane Twin Turbo engine. This inline 6 engine makes 420 horsepower and 469 lb-ft of torque and has an impressive towing capacity of 10,000 pounds.
All Grand Wagoneer's are equipped with a Quadra-Drive II two-range 4WD system to detect and address wheel slippage. Sensors can determine which wheel needs it and send a corresponding amount to help compensate for any shortcomings. A Quadra-Lift air suspension can adapt to various surfaces ranging from paved roads to dirt trails to rock crawling through a canyon. We don't know about you, but there's no way we're going to play rough with our Grand Wagoneer. But it sure is nice to know you could!

Grand Wagoneer L - Big gets Bigger!
New longer Grand Wagoneer L models made their big city debut at the New York International Auto Show (NYIAS). These new models feature a new extended body larger than the standard Grand Wagoneer models. The Grand Wagoneer L adds an additional 15.8 cubic feet of cargo space behind the third row to create the most rear cargo volume in its class.
The Grand Wagoneer L models will be powered by a new "Hurricane" twin-turbocharged inline-6 engine. It delivers 420 hp and 469 lb-ft of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive are standard. There are available with 4x2 or 4x4 driving system.

Grand Wagoneer Technology
Upon its original introduction back in 1964, the Wagoneer was the first four-wheel-drive vehicle mated to an automatic transmission, which pioneered the first modern SUV. By 1984, it marked the start of the Premium SUV by introducing buyers to such features as leather upholstery, air conditioning, increased power and an AM/FM/CB (!) stereo radio. We know there must be an 8-track tape player in there somewhere.
In addition to its powertrain and sophisticated off-roading system, the new Grand Wagoneers will include an available 10.25-inch passenger display screen located just above the glove box.
The Grand Wagoneers will offer a fully digital cockpit with easy-to-use screens and a limited number of buttons for ease of use. For the first time, the Grand Wagoneer will include a spacious third row with seating for up to eight passengers.
The Grand Wagoneer features up to 45 inches of total screen span across the dashboard. Start with a 12.3-inch driver information screen, a 12.1-inch main display screen in the center console and a 10.25-inch comfort display over the glovebox for those in the first row.
Second-row passengers can enjoy screen space as well, with each outboard seat facing available 10.1-inch Rear Seat Entertainment Screens with available Amazon Fire TV Built-In. Jeep's new Uconnect 5 NAV system is included, offering greater personalization and a broad range of apps to enhance the user experience.
